By creating an account and using SoloLith ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SoloLith is a business management platform for freelance developers. It provides tools for project management, invoicing, time tracking, contract generation, expense tracking, and related features. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The free plan is limited to 3 active projects and 10 invoices. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You agree not to use the Service to transmit illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
SoloLith integrates with third-party services including Stripe, LemonSqueezy, Resend, GitHub, OpenAI, and Plaid. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloLith and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Contract templates provided are for reference only and do not constitute legal advice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
